I am the Oikopleura webmaster in the Manak laboratory, Department of Biology, University of Iowa, responsible for maintaining and updating Oikobase. I also implement new algorithms for tiling array data, as well perform RNA-seq analysis, to facilitate correct annotation of the Oikopleura genome.
